Our Story
Integrated Commercial Systems was founded in 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia with a clear and focused mission: deliver industrial and commercial machinery to customers who needed reliable equipment and a partner they could trust.
What started as a distribution operation quickly revealed a larger opportunity. The clients we served — businesses navigating complex procurement processes, government contractors trying to move faster, organizations wrestling with outdated systems — needed more than product delivery. They needed a technology-forward partner who could help them compete at a higher level.
By mid-2025, ICS had evolved. We expanded from machinery distribution into three core disciplines that reflect where we could make the greatest impact: federal government procurement, IT consulting, and technology development. The thread running through all of it has never changed — we show up for our clients, we focus on outcomes, and we build things that actually work.
Today, ICS operates as an 8(a)-certified, minority-owned small business headquartered in Atlanta. We bring the hunger of a startup, the discipline of a defense contractor, and the technical capability of a modern technology company to every engagement we take on.
Our Journey
Integrated Commercial Systems launches as an industrial and commercial machinery distributor. We build our operational foundation, establish our first client relationships, and learn the discipline of delivery-first execution.
Recognizing a deeper need among our clients and within the federal market, ICS expands into federal government procurement, IT consulting, and technology development. We pursue and achieve 8(a) SBA certification, unlocking access to the federal contracting market.
ICS develops ICS Seek — an AI-powered federal procurement intelligence platform built to solve the exact problems we experienced firsthand navigating the government contracting landscape. We deploy the platform internally, refine it through real-world use, and prepare it for broader release.
